Who we are

This website is operated by Changsha Linlai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (长沙琳莱智能科技有限公司), Changsha, China, trading as Linlai AI (琳莱). If you have any question about your data, email zilai@LinlaiAI.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our free check form: business name in English and, if you give them, in Thai or Chinese, website, business type, location, your name, work email, LINE or WhatsApp ID if you give one, report language and any notes.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Why we use it

To prepare and send the AI visibility report you asked for, and to contact you about it. We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it

Our website and form run on Cloudflare. New requests reach us as a message through Feishu, and we contact you by email through Zoho Mail. These providers may process data outside Thailand, including in mainland China. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email zilai@LinlaiAI.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
